This abandoned movie set sits on private land. Built solely for a mini series called "The Englishman's Boy" in 2008. It's about a movie producer in 1920s Hollywood tries to track down an elusive Western star for his next picture. The builds were mostly empty inside as they would use sound stages for interior shots. On site includes an two story hotel, a business building and a few out buildings. It also features a dock onto a small pond. The owner was allowing people to see the site with permission but it became the target of vandalism and access has been declined in recent years.
