Togo Stone House

Unique and whimsical stone house in a small town in Saskatchewan

Although these stone buildings may look historic they were actually started in 2010.  This hobby project was built by a man in his 80's/90's. He was originally from England and lived in the Maritimes. He clearly had masonry skills as these are very well done! He started building these structures around 2010 but never finished. Unfortunately, he passed away before they could be completed.

A local woman has purchased the buildings and plans on finishing them. For now, they are partially finished and are nicely decorated in the warmer months. Since the roof is made of logs and not finished, the elements do get in the building but if it's a nice day it's a great hangout if you are in the area!

We do a full video walkthrough of this unique building - check it out!
